The extra virgin olive oil of the Pozzuolese Oil Mill is obtained from olives harvested in stages of early ripeness and cold worked within 24 hours from delivery made by our more than 250 members, owners of olive groves set on the beautiful hills of Lake Trasimeno, in Umbria, where the particular climatic conditions of the area and the typical local cultivars allow to obtain an oil with a round aroma with a fruity flavor and a light bitter aftertaste.
