We entrusted a local artisanal workshop and its master chocolatiers to ensure that the selection of high-quality ingredients, cacao, and cocoa butter would enhance the flavor of our extra virgin olive oil. The extra virgin olive oil is added to the chocolate during the production process, giving it a unique and distinctive taste.
The rich and intense flavor of the dark chocolate shell is balanced by the freshness and fruity notes of the creamy filling made with dark chocolate and extra virgin olive oil from the Cooperativa Oleificio Pozzuolese.
The filling, made with cocoa (60%), sugar, extra virgin olive oil (20%), vanilla, and sunflower oil, has a creamy and velvety texture.”
