Our organic extra virgin olive oil is obtained by cold extraction from selected organic olives. Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo cultivars, typical of the Lake Trasimeno area, give a persistent aroma, a moderately intense, well-balanced, and harmonious flavour.
Our organic extra virgin olive oil is produced with renewable energy and combines the sustainability of the production process with the high quality of the final product.
Our organic oil fully answers to the demand for products obtained respecting our land and our health, from the beginning to the end of the production process.
The oil of the Cooperativa Pozzuolese Oil Mill is obtained from olives harvested in a stage of first ripening and cold pressed within 24 hours of their delivery. We can relay on more than 250 members, owners and growers of the olive groves set on the beautiful hills of Lake Trasimeno, in Umbria.
The peculiar climate of the area and the typical local olives cultivars allow the resulting olive oil to offer to the palate a round aroma with a fruity flavor and a light bitter aftertaste that exalts even the simplest of preparation.
